ZOMBIES!!!

You are the mayor of Sleepy Town and you have been charged with keeping the people of the town safe. There is a population of 1000 people in town.  There have been strange things going on recently. Reports of strange people on the streets at night have led to a town wide curfew. What else can you do to protect your townspeople? It is up to you.
